In the program, the trainees understood various points like doing indigenous poultry farming in a scientific way using natural methods.
Producing indigenous eggs and indigenous chickens by indigenous poultry farming.
Doing goat farming in a commercial way.
Cow and buffalo farming.
Fish farming.
Making compost manure by mixing animal waste dung and urine and agricultural crop waste (straw, husk, fodder etc.) and creating employment.

Under the leadership of Agriculture Department Banda, KVK Banda and officials of all line departments formed three teams and conducted seminars with farmers in a total of 9 villages of three development blocks of the district, in which direct dialogue was established with the farmers on Kharif crop preparation, use of organic fertilizers to maintain the fertility of the land, natural farming, animal husbandry through scientific methods and other agriculture related topics and appropriate advice was provided after listening to their problems.

In the same sequence, with the financial support of Child Fund India, New Delhi, in order to provide livelihood to the female animal breeders of Jan Shikshan Women Farmer Producer Company Limited, formed in Sultanpur (U.P.) district, small kids of Barbari breed of goat were distributed free of cost to the female animal breeders of FPC for goat rearing with the objective of making them self-reliant by providing them livelihood.

In the program, the team of our organization Bundelkhand Naturals shared information about the main points of commercial goat rearing with the women livestock farmers of FPO. Along with this, various contemporary discussions were also held with the women on the subject of goat based natural integrated farming.

Small and marginal farmer brothers, sisters and unemployed brothers are requested to include goat rearing along with farming.

Divisional level joint Kharif productivity seminar – 2025 was organized in Deendayal Upadhyay Auditorium, Jhansi. The program was presided over by Agriculture Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Honorable Shri Surya Pratap Shahi ji. Chief Guest Honorable Chairman Gau Seva Commission, Uttar Pradesh Government Honorable Acharya Shri Shyam Bihari Gupta ji. K. Singh, Dr. S. K. Singh, Honorable Padma Shri Jalyodha respected Shri Umashankar Pandey Ji. Legislative Council member Shri Ramtirth Singhal ji, Legislative Council member Smt. Rama Niranjan ji, District Panchayat President Shri Pawan Gautam ji.

Chief Development Officer, Deputy Director Agriculture, District Agriculture Officer, Chief Veterinary Officer, District Horticulture Officer and officers and employees of other line departments and progressive farmers and animal husbandry brothers were present in all the seven districts of both divisions of Bundelkhand – Chitrakoot, Banda, Hamirpur, Mahoba, Jhansi, Jalaun, Lalitpur.

I got the opportunity to present Banda district’s case in the seminar organized by the respected forum.
In the seminar, farmers were made aware of important topics like natural farming, pure seeds, cow service and sustainable agricultural development. This event is a meaningful effort towards paving the way for future progress while preserving the heritage of agriculture.

In the seminar, the objectives of the “National Mission on Natural Farming [NMNF]”, the outline of natural farming, the action plan for the summer season of natural farming were discussed in detail, while drawing the attention of the farmers towards what, why and how of natural farming.

In Uttar Pradesh, awareness was created about the National Mission on Natural Farming [NMNF] scheme and the benefits of doing natural farming, animal husbandry and processing by forming clusters [FPC / FPO / SHG] were also explained. The benefits of working in an organised manner with FPC were also discussed.

Along with this, information was given about various training programs run by the organization, through which the organization provides training to various FPO, NGO, organic farming / natural farming cluster and individually, Information regarding preparation of processed products and making arrangements for their branding and marketing was also shared.
