Our organization “Bundelkhand Naturals District – Banda, Bundelkhand (U.P.)”, is continuously working to make women self-reliant and independent in the Bundelkhand region. Under which agriculture/natural farming along with integrated animal husbandry has been included. In this sequence, with the financial support of Aadhar Sanstha Panna, District – Panna, Bundelkhand (M.P.), a small effort is being made to make the women of the district self-reliant by providing them livelihood support.

Our team from our organization Bundelkhand Naturals shared information on the key points of commercial goat rearing with all the women who had come from various development blocks of Panna district in the program. Besides this, topics like goat based natural integrated agriculture, poison free natural agriculture etc. were also discussed with the women.

Aadhar Sanstha is committed to enhancing the livelihood of women and is continuously working at the grassroots level to achieve its objective. Seeing the immense possibilities of goat rearing in Bundelkhand region, I not only have hope but full confidence that goat rearing will prove to be very beneficial for all the farmer brothers and sisters. Goats will not only provide high quality nutrition to their family – goat milk and natural goat dung manure for the farm land, but will also help in providing a steady and regular increase in income. Marginal farmer brothers and sisters and unemployed brothers are requested to include goat rearing along with farming.
